Please note that we do not provide web site hosting, domain names and email accounts therefore they are not included in the packages above. If these services are required they can be provided through 3rd party compaines which will require separate payment. We are more than happy to assist in finding the best deals avaiable and advise you on the options that best suit your needs.

'Pay As You Go' Hourly Rates
Web maintenance, whenever you need it
Unlike many web development companies we cap our hourly rate in 10 minute blocks. This means you only pay for the time it actually takes. Pay as you go maintenance is charged at £65 per hour which works out to £11 per 10 minutes.
We will let you know how long the edits are likely to take and agree your fee before we start the work. Please provide us with as much information as possible when requesting a quotation to ensure we can get back to you promptly.

Monthly Fixed Cost Plans
Discounted rates with our fixed price monthly maintenance plans
If you require more regular updates to your website our fixed price maintenance plans offer discounted rates from a minimum period of only 2 months.
Monthly maintenance plans are ideal for temporary promotions, refreshing old information, adding new pages and creating regular email newsletters. Prices include updating of graphics, images, text and code. For a complete re-design or a brand new website, please see the available website packages above.

A simple 7 step process that we use to ensure projects run smoothly and as quoted.
1. Communications
Most communications are done by email but when required we also use virtual conferencing or telephone. In some cases site visits are possible but these are charged at our standard rate of £65 per hour plus any travel and/or accomodation costs depending on location.
It is always best to send us details and feedback in writing, as telephone or meeting notes can sometimes lead to misunderstanding and miscommunication.
2. Design Concepts
Before any work starts we will ask for a design brief and a list of your requirements. Please give as much detail as possible including links to examples of other web sites for inspiration to help us to create a design that is aligned with your expectations. Based on this, we will design one concept for the website (unless otherwise stated).
Our basic package includes one free redraft (unless otherwise stated). Additional redrafts or concepts are available with costs starting from £150 per redraft/concept.
3. Creating your website
Once we have received your approval, we will start converting the concept into an actual website. We will start with the homepage and at this point we will ask you to test things on different devices.
Unless otherwise agreed, versions for other devices will be a re-sized version of the approved concept. At this point, changes to the design become a lot more time consuming and meaning additional charges may apply.
4. Development
Once the homepage is complete and signed off, we will start building the rest of the website. If we are including a content management system, we will start configuring it at this point.
We believe that it is important to regularly share work to keep you up to date with progress.
5. Content
At this stage, we will add the conent and images you have supplied. We reccomend that you start to collate your content and images as soon as possible as this is one of the most common causes for delays.
The final version of your content should be checked for spelling and grammar before it is submitted to us, as amendments take time which can generate additional costs.
6. Review
After your final content has been added, the website will be sent to you for final review and will need your sign off and approval before going live.
Any amendments should be sent in one go as making multiple changes in stages takes more time which will increase the cost.
7. User guides & instructions
If you have opted to use our bespoke content management system we will provide a link to a video user guide which covers basics needed to use the system.
If you require instructions on how to use any other parts of your web site we can provide video user guides, written instructions at an additional cost. If a site visit is required for training or demonstration purposes this will be charged at our standard rate of £65 per hour plus any travel and/or accomodation costs depending on location.
